For online purchases, DAX GABLER will accept merchandise in its original, unworn condition for a full refund/exchange when accompanied by the original sales slip. Returns/exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested exchange item. Your exchange item(s) will be sent to you via ups ground at no additional cost.

We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Returns/exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that shipping costs and applicable taxes will not be subject to refund.
Online purchases may not be returned/exchanged at department stores or other DAX GABLER wholesale distributors.
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via UPS or Insured USPS for tracking purposes and that a customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. DAX GABLER will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in DAX GABLER’s sole discretion.

For security reasons, DAX GABLER online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS.
All purchases are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to three business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS next day, second-day, ground). Orders are processed and delivered monday through friday, excluding holidays.
